Wine List
There are many reasons for the selections on the list, apart from the great taste. The most important is that we source all our wines from small independent growers who have a passion about the wine they make. This is not a factory product to these winemakers - this is their essence, their reason for being. This is evident in the expression and vibrancy of the wines.
The quantities available from most of our growers are very small, therefore loved and cared for - not made in a massive container, which is one of thousands across acres of land, but one, of one or two small vats, that the winemaker can keep his eye on; personally harvested from miniscule vineyards. This also means that on occasion, there are no more bottles left of a vintage or bottling and we may have a substitute while they rebottle or bottle the next vintage. We feel this is a small price to pay for such great wines. Hands-on passionate winemaking that matches the way we prepare our food
The list is arranged by intensity, therefore the first wines in each section will be the lightest, the last the heaviest.
